Charles's Story

I married Virginia Bryant in April 1967 which is now Virginia B. Ashcraft and we had our 1st baby in April 1969 and it was a girl (Karen Sue) but I wasn't there for her birth because I was in Vietnam. Jenny ( Virginia) sent me lots of pictures of both of them. I came home in Mar. of 1970 and she was 11 months old and already walking. I went back to work at Black & Decker. In 1973 jenny and I had our 2nd baby, a boy ( C.S. Ashcraft, Jr.).
